He was able to come out short notice during a home inspection to tell me exactly what was wrong with the plumbing as it was backing up in the basement. "I was referred to Frank by another plumber, and he came early in the two hour time frame (seems like everyone comes at the end!). I had a kitchen sink stopped up, which seemed to happen annually around the holidays. We've owned our home for 5 years, but it was a rental prior to that, and had lots of neglect. Unfortunately this turned into a lot bigger challenge than a typical sink stoppage. It's a 40-50' run to the main drain, and I think the other plumbers had only run the snake 25' or so, and then stopped, instead of running to the main drain. Frank not only ran the snake down the drain, but opened up the line mid run and ran it back up to the sink, as well as down to the drain. According to Frank this was the most challenging sink stoppage he'd had in 18 years, a real bear! Frank is extremely knowledgeable, competent, and thorough. He was also very meticulous about cleaning up after himself, a real plus when you're dealing with plumbing. If you can use Frank, I would highly recommend him. I certainly will be using him again."
