"Total scam! Had issues with my air drier, called because it said they had a shop 12miles away. Was told 2-3 hours, the 60-90 mins, the 60mins. Finally 7.5hours after the 1st call driver called said he be there in an hour. Being 830 at night let him tow me back to channahon. Got to hotel about midnight. Was told they would call in the morning. Each time I called they gave me the run around. 2.5 days later they said at 230pm truck was coming in the shop. At 430pm they said truck was ready, they hadn't fixed anything just warmed it up. Charged 450/hour for 5 hours of shop time. Owner showed up 30mis later then I was told, gave me a $5600 bill for a 60 mile tow. Got the truck home had it freeze up again on the way. To find a mysterious new oil pan was installed. Complete jerks, constant run around. Driver was good. Do not do business with these guys."

"These guys are scammers do not use them they tell you one price and they charge you something different and they held your truck hostage until you pay I got told 550 per hour and they will count the driveway back-and-forth and they didn’t work only for hour to get me out of the ditch so overall I was thinking $1500-$2000 They want $12,000 after fighting with them for hours I was able to get the truck and the trailer for $7000 and they even didn’t work not even for an hour. They are scammers be careful."

"If I could give no stars I absolutely would. I called at 4:30am and was told they would have my car at my house in 2-3 hours. Great, no problem. 9am I get a text from my brother saying it’s still on the side of 80. I call again at 10:30 and I am told they will have someone out there shortly. I call at 5 PM and they told me that they weren’t able to find it and that the state police must have towed it. Called the state, they didn’t have it impounded. Nope, because it’s still on the side of 80, in the EASIEST place to see it. Nothing but lies all day just to be told “we’re short staffed so it will be another 4 hours til we can get it to you.” I cannot believe that this place has so many good reviews with how awful the customer service was. If you’re short staffed, say that at the beginning."

"Had a bad breakdown in a very bad spot by Bnsf rail-yard , the guys showed up in 30 min after my call and did a fantastic job hooking my truck ( not a easy thing to do - car carrier on bags , so very low ) Nino had to back up like a mile with my tractor trailer hooked on since no way to turn around. Thanks to Nino and Jeff my day went from horrible to somewhat okay. The price was a bit heavy but fair, still a 5 star from me !"
