"I love this place! Such an amazing little hidden gem. Their mission goal is amazing and they have such interesting little trinkets and crafting supplies, all at awesome prices. They also have stuff you may have a hard time finding somewhere else but want for a project, like floppy disks and vintage books."
"I have been frequenting the Welman Project since it first opened. It's a great way to help the environment and help support teachers. I have both donated items and reaped the rewards as a teacher. Check it out!"
"What an incredible place! I grabbed a stock pile of awesome things for my Girl Scout Troop 1673 to make some really creative upcycled items. This is our new favorite spot ❤️❤️"
"I am in love with this team of amazing people. On every visit my class of students benefit from the materials that are donated to this fantastic non-profit. We have gained materials for class treasure box, gifts for Mother's Day, Summer school crafts, plain old simple everyday supplies like pencils, journals, crayons, markers...too many to recall. We recently were able to to have math class by flashlight because of the donations of flashlights and parent supplied batteries. I really can't list all the extras that my class has been enriched by because the list would be too long. Just ...❤"
"If you’re a teacher in the DFW area and don’t know about the benefits of The Welman Project, look them up!!! My daughter has been volunteering there this summer and is blown away by all the ways it serves the teaching community!!!"
