"Worst experience ever. I got my battery replaced and as a “bonus” my phone was wiped clean of all pictures; contacts; all data due to their Irresponsibility and lack of communication. When I expressed my frustration and disappointment, their customer service was nonexistent. They told me my options were to either pay for the battery or take my old one back but still have my phone wiped clean. I had to pay for my new battery despite having all my data wiped without being given a choice. I would not recommend this place. When I told them I would complain to corporate they basically laughed at me and said they were a franchise and not associated with Batteries Plus. Beware!"
