"I had a transmission problem with my car and since I don't know any mechanics in the area. I did a lot of research looking for a good mechanic and trustworthy and knowledgeable with specialty in transmission since the replacement is very costly! I had called many mechanic shops in the area of Batavia, St.Charles and Geneva. Out of 15 calls that I made I finally chose to go with Auto Therapy shop(the owner is David) and they are in Geneva,IL. He gave me a very good deal on my transmission replacement and the warranty for parts and Labor were very good! He also gave me a car wash plus I had a problem with my battery afterwards where my battery died in front of my daughter house. He came and gave my car a jump for free but the battery was old and bad! I drove my car and followed him to an auto store where he has an account and gave me a discount too. That was so nice of him to do that! He didn't have to. He installed it for me without a charge.I was very impressed of how he takes care of his customers. He did over and above of his responsibility as a mechanic. I didn't even check his reviews on Google before I decided for him to work on my car. After he finished my car is when I saw that his reviews were mostly 5 stars! No wonder why his service was exceptional!! He deserved 10 stars for my rating! I will be taking my car there definitely and I've referred his shop to my friends and family. All of his employees are very nice people and his shop is very clean. He's very honest,very kind, helpful and humble person. But most of all he's trustworthy! He's an exceptional person! Thank you very much David! I'm glad that I decided to go to your shop. "Honestly the most stress free, and helpful services I’ve ever had. I was having trouble with my car starting and tried calling everywhere. Almost all of the locations I called were charging skyrocket outrageous prices. I got a call back from David after letting him know I needed my starter replaced and having him check out his pricing (which was not only affordable but felt justified for the work that was done). Not only was he willing to do it that day, he got me a tow to get there and within the hour of me getting picked up he had the car running again. David and his team were friendly, explained everything to me, showed me the issue, and honestly guided me through it all. He’s put a lot of effort into his company and it truly shows on how much he cares for his customers, and for that I’m really thankful for what he’s done and how great of a shop he’s made."
