"BEWARE! I had a gentlemen come quote a drive vent cleaning and wanted to charge over 1500 dollars for the service! I ended up going with another quote for 250 from servco. Seriously outrageous pricing and I'm thinking they were trying to take advantage of a Veteran. They will also call and harass you with marketing stuff months after a visit. I do not recommend them."

"DO NOT USE MASTER SERVICES. We called them to diagnose and fix our furnace. They charged us $500 to replace a sensor that likely did not need to be replaced because after 2 hours our furnace didn't work. They wanted to charge us again to come back out and look at because they told us our blower and inducer also had to be replaced and we declined fixing them too (quoted $2500 to replace those). We called another company who came out and charged half the price for diagnostics, they told us blower and inducer were in perfect working shape. They fixed the actual problem which was not diagnosed by this company at all and saved us thousands of dollars. Master services also quoted us 12 to 15 grand for a new furnace which is 2 to 3 times the national average. This company is a scam."

"I love that Master Services does background checks on all technicians before they are hired. They have many checks and balances in place to make sure every customer has the best experience. They are also very giving to Veterans and service people. Give them a call"

"I interacted with 4 different employees in my home and they were all great! Everyone was on time, professional, and friendly. Didn’t feel like they were trying to sell me stuff I didn’t need and took the time to explain everything to me. They made sure to clean all my vents, even if they had to try a different access point. The furnace install was great, he made sure everything was up to code and fixed any problems that were previously there. Would definitely recommend this company!"
