The new auto tech, who by the way is awesome, recently did some installs on my car and even fixed the tune of my amplifier that another Best Buy screwed up on. One other employee also stuck out for me. They're name is Alex and if you ever get to talk to her.. you won't be disappointed. She's attentive, thoughtful, and knowledgeable."

"Took my laptop in for the Geek Squad to look at. The technician Carl was polite and friendly. I showed him what was going on when opening Chrome. He explained that it may take 24-48 hours to get my laptop back. Not a problem. I decided to look at laptops since I was there and that mine is 11yrs old. 18 minutes later I got a phone call and headed back to the Geek Squad counter. Carl explained what he did and that its all fixed. Couldn't believe it! I hadn't even left the store and he had it fixed even though he had never encountered this issue before. 5 Stars to Carl! Excellent service, knowledgeable and friendly. I also watched the other technician working with customers. They were all very nice and patient with the customers. Great Geek Squad at the Lake Geneva location. Thank you Carl! I will be back in the future to buy a new laptop."
