"Terrible. I just relocated to the woodlands from Conroe and I brought my yorkie to be groomed at this location… I’m pretty speechless. My yorkie looks like a chihuahua or Pomeranian around her mouth now…the groomer cut all of her hair off. I ask for a teddy bear face and I even showed a picture of how she gets her hair cut. Next time I will just drive to the Conroe location where she’s normally groomed. This was a terrible mistake."

"Ordered online to pickup curbside. That was the easy part. Got to the store, let them know I was there. It took 25 minutes for them to bring my order out to me. They were not very busy from what I could see. In all I stll gave them 5 stars because the whole experience was a good one. I was greeted with a smile by the girl who brought my order out. She smiled even though it was raining."
"I took my Standard Poodle to be groomed while he was staying in the hotel. This was the worst groom I’ve ever seen. It looked like a beginner did it. His feet were not even shaved. I will never take my dog back there to be groomed. As a former employee of Petsmart I am embarrassed that they have such poor groomers."
