"i recently had a tree fall on my house. my insurance sent out serve pro to mitigate the damages of the water that had poured into my house from roof being damaged. They came out and observed all the damages and set a date to get started on renovations. they came out to start work and complained about fleas in my house, i have never had a flea problem. they said to fog for them and they would start work. we fogged and they came back and still denied service to me, saying it was too "hazardous" and still billed me for over $1000 for doing absolutely no work. 0/10 I do not recommend. I've heard other terrible stories of this business. I gave 1 star because I cant leave none."
