"Love this place. It's cheaper to stay here for a week than paying for the same amount for a 3 day stay at a hotel. Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, kitchen and living room. This time share rents out their rooms if they are not occupied. Give them a call, you will not be disappointed. Many things to do in Brownsville. Easy place to find. Nestled along the river that runs through town."

"Based on previous reviews combined with my own experience, this resort seems to be hit or miss depending on the unit you end up in. For us it was a hit, as we were placed in a very spacious 2 bed 2 bath unit right behind the pool. The units appear to be very worn on the exterior. The interior, however, was very clean, and the vast majority of appliances were in working order, save for a Roku with a missing remote, and an empty soap dispenser in one of the showers. We were able to check in earlier then the posted window without any issue. A lady who was very nice but seemed to speak very little English assisted us. There was no visit from housekeeping during our stay however Rick said to call if we needed anything. Brownsville is a nice area with lots of palm trees and wild life, and also plenty of restaurants and grocery stores around. There is lots to do close by, like venture into Mexico and visit the South Padre Islands. Overall I would definitely recommend this resort."

"out dated, under maintained, gross, is where I start. dryer did not work, dish clothes were old with food still in them, carpet was smelly and our feet were black after walking around the condo, sheetrock had holes all over the walls, plates and cups in kitchen were over used (marks all over them), couches smelled old and the pillows had holes in every one of them from over usage, spider webs all over the outside walls. there was a water bottle sitting outside our door the whole time we were there, where was the house keeping to clean up littler. there were little black things in all the sheets when we opened the bedding up.. but the pool was nice. please, don't stay here, I would NOT recommend this place, if you have any questions, email me."

"Very quiet, older condos, but comfortable and the manager was very helpful and hospitable. Some of furnishings older but most of ours had been updated. Everything you needed to use in the kitchen area and even supplied the laundry detergent, for the washer, even the brand I use. The water pressure for shower was awesome. Great place to stay if the weather would just cooperate. Central location for Harlingen and South Padre Island. Would stay here again."
