"There are several dog groomers that do not work with peoples work schedule. They have these drop offs at odd times like eight in the morning seven in the morning nine in the morning when people are working and there’s no exceptions.. that is crazy people should be flexible. Unacceptable and they’re losing business."

"We were told to bring our little 4lb Poodle in at 9:00 and we got worried and called because 6 hours later and no call.. Lady said very busy .. Why then did they have us bring her in so early ..She said Baby wasn’t ready she’s start on her in a while then we called to tell her we’d just come pick her up.. Then she said Baby was on the Table starting to groom.. 34 mins later miraculously Baby was ready .. She charged us $9.00 more and only trimmed her feet and she did not smell as if they’d bathed her .. ears were all stringy. I will never take my Baby back to them… Terrible grooming job .. And charged $59. to cut only around her tiny little feet.. She actually charged us $9.00 more ?? My suggestion is —- Do not take your dog to Friend & Companion"
