"My dog's recent grooming service was satisfactory, and so was the price. I'd have probably given the business at least 4 stars, if the owner was warm, more people friendly, and personable! She is not, and seems to prefer the company of animals....which is off putting, rather curt I'd say! Also, the business is VERY unresponsive to calls made to it (hardly if ever picks up...you're lucky if someone does!), or messages left...with calls not being returned."
