"I took a computer in to get new Hard Drive put in before Thanksgiving. Was told it be $200 for hard drive. No problem fix it I said. I get a call on 11-16-2023 from To that he broke the screen. The screen was not broke when taken in to be fixed. So it needs to be fixed by H&H Computer Solution expense. It was Tony’s fault for breaking screen. I personally don’t care if it cost them a $1000.00 to get new screen. You broke it you fix it. I personally will no longer support a local businesses . I will take any computer needs to A well known reputable business. I would rate H&H Computer Services a -10 if I could. Beware of doing your Computer needs at H& H Computer Services Solutions in Centralia Illinois,"
