"First the receptionist Penny is incredibly rude. I had a pump replaced in my dishwasher and as soon as they said it’s fixed and left it didn’t work at all… they came back replaced it again and it worked for 2 months and then I did a load of dishes and ended up with a floor full of water called them back to fix it again and as soon as they left water all over the floor… then they came back again and said it was fixed so basically they won’t do anything about it… I continue to have nothing but issues after they have supposedly fixed it. They have been over 4 times to “fix” the issue and it still isn’t working. He also left the bottom plate off and wouldn’t put it back pretty sure he lost the screws to it. Save yourself the headache and go to someone else that knows what they are doing."
