And the guy that makes calls is kind and respectful and will do his best to keep costs down but making sure the job is done. And if it'll cost more than the appliance is worth he'll tell you instead of doing the work and charging you."

"My washer stopped working. Four days before they could come and look at it. Said I needed new console. Had to order one. Five more days before they came back. Installed new one. 30 minutes later I called because I didn’t have hot water. They said run it through a cycle. Didn’t work. Said I wouldn’t have very warm water. Didn’t know what they were talking about. I’ve always had hot water. Wouldn’t come back. Said I would have to contact my home warranty to schedule another appointment. Another four days wait. If he had returned, he could’ve fixed it. It was a computer problem in the consul the brand new one. I would never use them again not customer oriented."
