"Do not recommend. Service was cancelled twice initially. Very hard to get a call back from the dispatch or tech. Problem with the dishwasher was "fixed', then broke again weeks later. Company didn't want to honor warranty, and when they finally agreed, tech was a no call no show for the service. Ended up having to buy a whole new dishwasher and requested a full refund. Would never use this company again."

"This is not a local business. Just a phone number to schedule independent contractors. They scheduled a service call, I took time off work, waited all day, no-show, finally called them. They said they didn't have anyone who could fix LG washers, so they had cancelled the appt they had made just the day before. Funny thing is, I never got a call about cancelling that appt. Deeply unprofessional."

"This is not a local business. This is a national call center based out of California that misleads customers into thinking they are working with a local company. The customer service is atrocious, I was repeatedly hung up on while trying to find out the status of the appointment, which they missed. Was told they would be here between 9 and noon. At 11:30 I called to verify and they said the tech had an emergency and would call ASAP. Two hours later, no call. Finally found someone to help and tech arrived at 4:30 PM. They have one repair Tech for the entire Saint Louis area and book too many appointments each day. I wanted to patronize a local business and ended up with an unsatisfying experience with a horribly run call center that overburdens their contracted employees. Also, I felt the repair and labor were high for the job. This is a hack company with little regard for transparency. This listing should be removed as the company they portray themselves does not exist. I am severely disappointed in my experience."
