"Very disappointed. I'd had one prior experience with this company and it was excellent. Fast service, amazing price...I came away very pleased after my first visit. However, within the last two weeks, I've contacted them twice, trying to make an appointment to have my car repaired. The first call I made went to voicemail and I left my number, explaining that I needed to service my car. No one ever returned my call. I decided to give them one more opportunity so I called again, and as before, no one answered and I got their voicemail. That was it for me. I can't stand businesses that won't answer their phone. I don't have time to waste tracking these people down, so I just took my car to the dealership where they had everything done in one day."
