"(August 29th, 2022) - 5 out of 5 After a terrible experience with a place in Edwardsville, I had a wonderful time getting my phone repaired here. The response over the phone was accurate and rapid on what I needed to do in order to fix my device. After prepaying on Thursday, the screen came in as quickly as next Monday, and I was out of the shop within the hour with a new screen. The technician was knowledgeable, showing me what a poor job the previous service shop did, and was also very funny and easygoing. Highly recommend this place over any other I've been to in the Metro East area. 5/5"

"Terrible!! No matter what they do, help you or not you’ll be charged!! My phone was there for one day until they called and said there’s nothing they can do. I came to pick up my phone and was charged the same amount as if they fixed the issue!! Go anywhere else!! A car dealership will look at your car and if you tell them not to fix anything until the tell you, they will and there will be no charge but not here!!…….update 3 days later I went into the store to speak to the owner after he sent his message to resolve this issue and notify the reviews, upon walking into the store the owner immediately stated that all was done correctly and that they even cut me a break?!?!?! No money back, no restitution! Please go anywhere else to fix your issue because if they fix it or not there taking your money!!"
"Fantastic customer service! The most honest folk I've met in Jerseyville. Once saw the manager tell a customer they should buy a new product off amazon because the repair would be more expensive. Defiantly the BEST tech shop in the area! If you have ANY problems with your devices weather it be computer, cell phone or tablet, these people are the ones to see. 10/10 Would ALWAYS recommend! Repairs are done in a timely manner and affordably!"
