"Very knowledgeable and efficient. Kara went above and beyond to help me get the right tires. Everyone was friendly and answered all my questions."

"I've been waiting for three hours to get two front tires put on. If they put the same amount of time putting tires on then playing with the stupid tablet they would have been done two hours ago."

"Drove all the way from Eldred to jerseyville 3 days in a row and every day they claimed “to be fully booked,” but then when I would leave after being there getting groceries the automotive staff would be just walking around doing nothing. Waste of time and gas. If you’re gonna work, work don’t be lazy."

"The personnel working at the front desk were very nice and helpful, but the employees who actually work on vehicles need some serious extra training. I spent a lot of money purchasing 4 new tires for my SUV, and they couldn't even fill them to the correct PSI. I went back in to tell them that my PSI was only 27 (supposed to be 32), and they would only tell me that they filled them correctly and that the sensor in my car wouldn't reset until I drove it for 20 minutes. My car has never had that issue in the past. After I filled it up to the correct PSI myself, the notification turned off on my dash. If they can't even air up the tires right, it makes me worry if they even installed them correctly."
