"Twice I have had my car in for repairs, I’ve paid close to $2000, and a month later the issue is still not fixed. They take forever to get to your car, and then can’t manage to do their job. Because of the horrible experience I’ve had with their service department, I will never own a Hyundai again."

"Car wasnt ready when we were told it was. So we waited in the lobby for about an hour. Issue was not fixed, but we were told it was. That wasn't discovered until the drive home. When we called about bringing it back, we were told they couldnt get back to it for probably another month. After waiting over a month for this appointment. Where we were charged and nothing was fixed. This is pretty low tier service. I wouldnt come back unless I absolutely had to."

"Hyundai is the only place I trust to work on my car. Customer service is awesome. They go above and beyond to make sure my car is taken care of, very informative if I have any questions, and they help as best they can to make prices fair. I never have problems and always leave happy. Cars are just expensive!"

"Do not. I REPEAT. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. They don't answer the phone, and when they do they transfer you to someone who isn't at work so it goes to voicemail. They will BOLD FACE LIE to you about timelines and what is wrong with your car. They will literally just tell you what you want to hear to get you gone until the next day. They will talk down to you like you are a child, and avoid you like the plague. They had my car for over 2 months, constant delays due to the service advisors just not filling out paperwork or forms on time. Just absolutely unacceptable, and the worst excuse for a "service repair shop" I have ever seen. Not sure how they stay in business. Would give 0 stars if it would let me."
