"I was in my driveway working on a vehicle ....when they pulled up to take away a couch that my neighbor had set out... they drove probably 30 to 35 miles an hour down a 15 mile an hour residential street.... that's ridiculous ... lots of kids in this neighborhood going to school..."

"Called to say they would be a day late picking up trash due to the holiday. Not a big deal for a day which they should have picked up on Friday would have been their day late. HA no one go figure, Saturday still no one. Called on Monday and talked to a woman with an attitude that said she would have someone pick it up on Tuesday. Please it's Tuesday and no one will answer the phone. I bet they won't show up till Thursday our normal trash day. I'm dropping services and opting for a more expensive company that holds their word."

"Gonna charge you for a full month on the first every month but if u don't pay by Friday for your pick up on Monday they don't bother to pick it up..yet they still charge you for that week. Guess they're gonna love getting out of their truck next week for my excess garbage sitting around it. Makes no since why u wouldnt just pick it up........."

"I am very satisfied with service. In moving back to Carlinville, the staff was very helpful in setting up new service while distinguishing my service from the renters who were also here for a time during transition. Prices are reasonable, having come from a place where service was $40 a month. When there was an issue with a cross-over bill, they said I had three weeks of service coming due to no pick-ups for three weeks, which was great, because we had some extra trash from the move. Each staff person I spoke with was kind and professional."

"This company like to rip people off, if you dont pay on the first they shut your pickup off, and then after a week or two of no pick up you get it paid and the following month they charge you for the full month even tho you missed out on 1 or 2 pickups, and they do offer extra pick up if you pay late but if you dont have extra for pick up they just keep the money they charged you and shut u off the next month on the first instead of crediting you that extra pickup you PAID for!! And the trash people, I swear they act like its the end of the world if they have to get out of the vehichle. They stare at your house like they wish it would burn down, and if they knock your can over they dont bother to pick it up, just leave it laying there and sometime even leave it laying out into the road. They get paid to sit in their truck and push a lever, wow so hard. My fiance has been run off the road by a flowers truck speeding from Gillespie to Carlinville, and had to slam on her brakes in town because one ran the stop sign. Luckily for them she doesnt carry her phone to take pictures of them. Shame on Flowers for running their business this way."
