"During the last storm(Friday night) it shattered the back glass of our SUV. I called the Glass Cutters on Monday to get a quote. They gave me the quote and asked if me if I would like for them to order the glass. I said yes. Within 10 minutes from the first call for a quote they called me back to schedule an appointment for first thing Wednesday. I dropped it off on my way to work and they called a couple hours later to tell me it was done and I was able to pick it up on my lunch hour. The total was exactly what I was quoted. Very friendly. Offered me a ride to work and everything."
