"Furnace went out at 2am Monday morning while we were in single digit temps... house was 54 degrees when we woke up. AAA had Mike out shortly after I called and he had furnace running again in less than an hour. Great service, friendly and knowledgeable."
"AAA sent a tech (Mike S) the morning I reported our furnace blowing out cold air. Mike was very friendly, careful with not tracking in snow/dirt from outside by wearing covering over his shoes/boots. He found and repaired the unusual issue with a lose wire in our thermostat quickly. I was concerned about paying a lot for whatever had broken but Thank Goodness he narrowed it down to the lose wire. Just in time before our arctic cold weather with below freezing temps going down as far as 35 below with wind chill. I highly recommend Mike and am very grateful for the heat when we needed it the most! Thanks!!"

He not only diagnosed the problem quickly, showed me what to do if happens again and provided tips for preventative care to extend the life of my system.
