"I called pretty desperate as we had an underground water leak with water going into our basement; our first bid was astronomical and another plumber couldn't get to us until February. I called on a Wednesday around 1:30 (between Christmas and NY) and someone showed up around 4 that day to look at our problem. Tim showed up the next day before 8AM to look again but wasn't sure when he could work us in. Tim and another plumber showed up the NEXT DAY at 8am to start working and was completed and cleaned up by 12:30 that same day. They were extremely reasonable and very professional. I will go to them all on all future plumbing needs."

"This Company has more employees but We got to meet two. (Rusy and Craig) two of the most Professional,Curtiious,Caring, Knowledgeable and more . For 25 years of having to call in the Professionals Never have we Ever came across a Company like Yours. Keep up the Tremendous work and I'm sure something else will come up with this old house and We will contact you first.. As far as the bill I was thinking the worst but needless to say we was shocked very reasonable"

"We called multiple times and would never receive call backs when they said they would. They did not fix the actual problem and were quick to bill us for the short amount of time that they tried to figure out the problem. Also insinuated that we might have given them covid-19 when none of us have any symptoms (I'm immunocompromised and pregnant... so they will not be coming back for obvious reasons). I would not recommend this business as I find these things to be very unprofessional."
