"Excellent service from Vetco! Everyone was so friendly and talked so highly of my dog, brisket. Unfortunately my pup was diagnosed with urine crystals. I didn’t know much about the condition so the vet explained everything to me and gave me a couple informational pamphlets. The Vet even stayed after hours to make sure she answered all my questions. Brisket absolutely LOVES coming to the vet and always can’t wait to go back. Strict appointment policy, so just be on top of that. But service and bedside manner was great."

"Would you like someone who doesn't care at all about your dog to help them? Do you want your dog to die and get misdiagnosed based on a grade 2 heart murmur? No? Don't come here. RUN ... as far as you can to another vet. I'm going to do everything in my power to make sure this vet and vet tech never work again. All the bad reviews are true. Please read them."

"the front desk service was ok, I did not feel like the vet (indian gentleman I do not remember his name) really cared about my puppy and after reading some reviews it looks like this locations staff lacks compassion. The vet tech was very unamused, was just reading off her laptop and telling how much each service would cost. they didn't bother to even explain the heartworm medication that I paid for they just said "give every 30 days" good thing I have owned dogs before so I know how these work, but imagine if I didn't. I just left the location feeling rushed out and felt like my puppy was not cared for like I wanted him to be. I will not be going back. I'd rather pay more $ and go somewhere my puppy and dog are looked through thoroughly and in front of me not in the back. I don't usually write bad reviews but this vetco just did not sit well with me."

"I recently had a highly disappointing experience at the Vetco. The doctor demonstrated a complete lack of interest in listening to my concerns about my sick cat. Despite clearly expressing my worries, the doctor seemed disinterested and didn't provide any helpful insights or treatment options. The overall customer experience was horrendous, with a dismissive attitude that left me feeling frustrated and unheard. I expected more compassionate and professional care for my pet, and sadly, this vet failed to meet even the most basic expectations. I wouldn't recommend this clinic to anyone seeking quality veterinary services. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!"
