"My eyes surgery coordinator send to my pharmacy prescription for my eyedrop ( 3 different) which I should take a three days before surgery next week after was ordered. I was waiting a few months for this surgery.. I didn’t have any information about my order for next 4 days. I spoke with my coordinator, because I think they ignored me but they didn’t. The CVS farmacy just explained me when I go there, they don’t have it that time. That’s it. But they even not order the out of stock drops or not transfer my prescription to next Walgreens pharmacy. They simply don’t care, just ignored customers completely. How I got my drops? I was in CVS pharmacy and I asked about my prescription they said “ o yes they have but just 1 of 3”. ……. Unprofessional ignorance"

"Most of the time this place is quiet, which is a plus I suppose. There aren’t many workers around. The pharmacy takes a pretty long time, with service usually being mixed (sometimes poor, sometimes pleasant). Most of the time there is no cashier, so self checkout is all you can do (which isn’t usually a problem until it you scan sometimes that requires a worker to come by, which can take a while before anyone does). It is usually fully stocked up though, so no worries about that. Of course, it is in a pretty small town, so you can’t expect it to be amazing. But it is exceptional at best."

"The staff is wishy washy some are pleasant, some act like they hate being there. I had to contact corporate about one of their pharmacy staff because this woman clearly has never had customer service training. You don't threaten people over the phone and hang up on them. People need medication to function so when people think they might not get their medicine it's scary. I don't remember her name but this happened recently. They do have accommodating amenities, except the minute clinic. They do try to accommodate people who are handicap."
