"I called to see about getting a local mobile rep early in the morning. The man who answered the phone explained they might be short handed as one of the mechanics went home not feeling well the day before. But it was too early. He said to call back in a half hour and he would know more. I called back a half hour later and a snotty woman answered the phone. She explained they don't do mobile repairs. I asked her to check with the man I spoke with earlier. After more conversation she reluctantly checked and put me on hold. When she returned to the line she was very rude and hung up on me. It's bad enough when you're broke down on the side of the road in a foreign place. You don't need someone going out of their way to make your day worse. Even if you can't help someone directly you can try to steer them in the right direction."

"We were traveling home from ND to NC with an old boat and trailer. A spring broke causing the weight to scrape a tire. They were very helpful, kind and compassionate about our situation. Others in town wouldn’t try to help and we were thankful they did."
