We Fix It Phone Repair

"Will never go here again! The guys working were rude, laughed at me, when I took my phone in to see if they could fix it. The guy at the counter had this smurky smile on his face, went in the back to his coworker and I could hear them talking about me and my phone and laughing and he comes back out, hands the phone to me and says "ya we can't fix this" Which is fine if they can't but they didn't need to have the smart a$$ attitude with that they did. I haven't went back since and wont!!"

"I have no major complaints. Yes, the color quality of the screen is not necessarily a great as it was when I first got my phone. However it’s not horrible and the screen on my phone was so broken that it could not be used anymore. I’d take a slight decrease in color quality over a phone that can’t even be used. The service was prompt and the associates were polite and helpful. I would go here again."

I figured I would have to leave it at least a couple of hours but was asked if I wanted to wait. I agreed to wait and was out the door about 25 minutes later with my phone. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend checking Batteries Plus if you need cell phone repair work!"
