"In the middle in this one. Been doing business with TSI for years. Schedule the PM and found office HVAC to be faulty. Did not hesitate to get repairs completed. Well not even a day later the other HVAC system they PM. Failed. They did not hesitate came right out. Let me know the issue. I did have some communications due to they were just here and completed a PM. Talked to the owner manager asked for a discount. Said he get back to me. I sent several emails, called and nothing. Paid 3k for the one. Said I like to schedule the next but have not heard from them??? Does this rate stars? Funny I just wrote this review. Then I get hit with another bill. Not the invoice that suppose to be compensated either. Well I all about inflation. Double the cost of last year? With a lift the was shared between 2 business. Hmmm."

From start to finish, they were professional and never made me feel uncomfortable when asking probably too many questions. They were great to work with and I would recommend them to anyone.
