"While visiting my sister in San Antonio, my husband was interested in a Glashutte watch. These timepieces are sold in Austin so we took a day drive to take a peek. We are so glad we did! Natalia and Mr. Major's were so helpful and kind. They are a 5th Generation jeweler. We too own a business which is multi-generational and you can definitely tell by their expertise and pride they take in their business. They placed an order for us and they made sure it came in ASAP since we had to return to Minnesota shortly. We made our second trip to Austin to pickup the new beauty and received such great customer service from everyone! We even got some fun recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants in the area. We will definitely return to the shop when we come and visit Texas again. Hopefully... a little something for the wife this time... ha ha!"

"We had a wonderful time at L Majors across our two visits. We first stopped by on a Friday to check out their IWC and Glashütte Original collections. I tried on various IWC pilot models and admired the many spectacular Glashütte Original dials. Frances took excellent care of us. We left with a good impression, some reading material, and food for thought. We returned on Saturday and ended up leaving with the desired timepiece. All three staff members we interacted with along the way were knowledgeable, patient, and not pushy. Overall, they were wonderful to work with. It was a masterclass in what buying a timepiece from a family jeweler should be like."
