"I want to rave about an employee! Brenda was really kind and asked what i was shopping for. She helped me with some outfit ideas, bringing me more as I was finishing up with the ones we started with. She came from a caring, helpful place. I did not feel like she was pushing me as a sales associate but as someone who thought I would look good in each item. I am inclined to go back based on this great customer experience. "I rate this location 5 stars because of the amazing sales team of Jazlynn and Brenda. Upon entering we were greeted by Jazlynn, we continued to the back of the store and was greeted by Brenda. We were in shopping for my niece and really not seeing what was there because there was just too much to see. As we started to exit, this sales team was ready for us. They had selected a few pieces with which they thought my niece would be interested. They got a few bites and from there they were able to complete the looks. Thank you Jazlynn and Brenda for a wonderful shopping experience."

"I will start this extremely long but very well deserved review of a terrific employee by using one of many words to describe him: FANTASTIC! Seth D. welcomed my Mother and I into this clean establishment with a very warm and friendly greeting. He not only told me of every sale and promotion offered, but he also found unique pieces of clothing from shoes, pants, shirts, and jackets and brought them to me to try on in the fitting room. I felt completely attended and almost as if I was the only customer he helped, yet he also helped others with ease; seamlessly multi-tasking. He never wasted any time offering help and even informing of ordering items (different sizes) I needed (if needed), and instead he guided me from beginning to end with great customer service making a sale of jeans and glasses I very much enjoy by his advice. I was a manager at a clothing store and I would’ve loved to have him as an employee at my store, and I can truly say that Seth D. is the pinnacle of customer service at its finest that deserves nothing but the best in his promising future. Anyone coming into this wonderful store: Buckle at the Domain Austin, TX, ask for an even more wonderful person: Seth D."

"I love Buckle!!! I have been shopping here for at least 6 years after my sister turned me on to it. The jeans last so long that I am buying more because I want new looks and not because the jeans have worn out. They are worth the price, I promise! The customer service is amazing too, especially at the Domain, thanks to Stormi!!!!! She always picks out amazing jeans for me to try on and she is sweet as pie. Highly recommend that you try this store out for great jeans and a great connection with the sales team!"

"I’ve been wanting to try out buckle for awhile now. Heard great things about the jeans. I’ve never had the chance to go in and actually try some on until yesterday. I had the pleasure of having Stormy help me out. I told her my needs, wants & my size and she got to work. She picked out some VERY cute jeans that fit my style and body. They all fit perfectly, but I choose two that I couldn’t live without. She choose this button fly that I personally wouldn’t have picked myself, but ended up being my favorite. I’m wearing them today. They are SO comfortable! She also helped keep my husband occupied while I tried on clothes. He ended up purchasing a tshirt, 2 necklaces AND A WATCH, which is huge for him, bc he NEVER shops. A huge Thank you to a Stormy for making the shopping experience amazing. Next time your in the area, I would highly recommend her."
