"This guys is super knowledgeable about pools I wouldn’t call him to do big jobs. I asked to have my sand changed in my filter 450 dollars later I’m having to do it again by myself because the laterals broke during the change. If I had known before hand I would have bought the sand for 8.98 for 50 lbs and done this job for a total of 100 dollars and that’s with the cost of new laterals."

"Just the worst - called to make appointment to have pool cleaned - was told it would be a 2 week wait.. Fine - made the appointment - got call at 3.30pm on day of appointment and was told they would not be making the scheduled appointment either today and no promise of tomorrow. All this is supposedly due to the fact the 2 days ago there were high winds....and why that should matter was never really explained other than it pushed back a schedule....really- then why the 2 week wait.....nor was the fact that I had an appointment from 2 weeks ago....when asked - why make an appointment then.....no answer.....the fact that I took off from work to be here....did not care... I called a competitor - explained what happened and was told they would be here tomorrow to clean the leaves from the pool. Now that is customer service....something Arneson has no concept of nor cares to have.....AND the only reason there is one star posted and not no star is that this website would not allow me to post without a star rating......Arneson - real zeros."
