"On February 15 2024 at approximately 2:40pm my partner and I decided we would go to our community pool since it was a nice day outside. This was also a stress reliever due to a devastating phone call we received this morning. We did bring our pups to the pool because we did not realize it was an issue. We were only there for approximately 10min. At about 2:50pm the regional property manager approached us visibly aggressive and distraught. She never once told us who she was or anything but only demanded our apartment number. This is all very triggering because I was assaulted in the past because I’ve given out my address to the wrong individual. As we are leaving because it got escalated due to her tone and unprofessionalism. The regional property manager (Sherry) proceeds to Blurt out racial slurs, demanding we leave the property, and we won’t be living on property much longer because it’s “hers”. To make things worse, she put her fingers and hands in my face then poked me in the eye. I was completely disappointed in the type of behavior displayed by a management company. I work in the healthcare field (Director of Nursing) and deal with patients and families that don’t follow protocol or rules all the time. I NEVER once got out of character and jeopardized my employment and integrity. I promise I will seek justice for what’s right. No one in the leasing office or corporate team has reached out to me regarding this incident to apologize. It’s disgusting and unprofessional."

"Where do I begin! If you’re looking for a new place to live, visit the LINKS and ask for Trevor! He’s AMAZING! He’s super patient, knowledgeable and ensured that I found the perfect apartment! He’s very great at making you feel at home! I walked the property and was able to speak with current residents and everyone had nothing but great things to say! I’m excited to move in! Can’t wait to come back in a few months to confirm how much I enjoy living here. The property is so beautiful! Thanks Trevor for all of your help!"

"I just moved in last weekend and so far this place is amazing! Ms. Lina has been nothing but great to me! She answered all of my questions and responded so fast with emails! She is awesome! The apartment itself is well put and very clean! If you have any questions about your place, such as maintenance, I recommend calling. I used the online portal to request a service and I still haven’t received anything. Other than that, I love this place! Wish they had a dog park, it would be nice to have my dog stay with me!"

"My fiancé and I just moved into The Links and absolutely love it here! When we originally toured, our leasing agent Nina was so helpful and communicative through every step of the way, and kept us up-to-date on the status of the new build. We had a couple of issues with the specific unit we were supposed to move into, but Aubree jumped in and saved the day. She worked with me patiently find a solution to the problem, and ended up finding us a better apartment than we had to begin with. She truly went above and beyond our expectations to help us get into the new unit as quickly as possible. The rest of the leasing team, Lina and Trever, were also very helpful and kind anytime we needed help and Nina was not available. The apartment was also incredibly clean on moving day, which has not been the case in previous apartments I’ve moved to. Now that we are settled in, any small maintenance concerns we have had have been resolved quickly and professionally. Thank you, Nina and Aubree!!"

"I’ve only lived here for a few days but this place is awesome! The staff at The Links are really friendly and very helpful for when you have any questions or anything like that. Even before I moved in I couldn’t wait to move here. Lina and Trevor have helped me from before I moved in and definitely after. Even the residents are really friendly. I’ve lived here for only a few days but I’ve met more residents in a few days than I did living at my previous community for 5 years. You just feel really welcomed and everything that comes with the apartment is really nice. Even the welcome/swag bag that you get when you move in is pretty sweet looking. The stuff in it is pretty thoughtful as well. It really is luxury living!"
