"I wish I could leave zero stars, or even negative. On numerous occasions ASP has not cleaned our pool on the scheduled day. And I’m not talking about holidays! We have a 20,000 gallon swimming pool and pay over 300 dollars a month for them to clean. Due to them not coming on their scheduled day we have ended up with problems with our pool balance, as well as excessive algae. You can see from the schedule that I have attached the number of times they did not show up as scheduled. Sometimes they would contact me, other times I would hear nothing from them. The other photos are from our pool today, September 12, 2023. They came yesterday to “clean” our pool. As you can see from these photos that the job they did was unacceptable. I have contacted them repeatedly about both not showing up when scheduled, and not cleaning well. This, however, was the final straw. I have fired them."
