I've had several pieces designed and created by her and they are some of my most cherished jewelry. She also makes sure to fix issues whenever they arise; I lost a stone from a piece that was what I thought to be a unique and perhaps difficult to find stone, and she managed to replace it with no issues. Sometimes custom pieces can be a lengthy process but they are always worth the wait, especially to have something that is one of a kind and bespoke."
