"This is contactor/plumber in the Quad Cities area didn't take me serious as a business owner, didn't respond to me with a quote for over a week, after 3 follow up calls they tried to persuade me not to use their service by saying they were booked out 3 weeks. Once I said that's not a problem 2 days later they called and just decided to decline to do the job. This was a very unprofessional interaction and very suspicious of discriminatory practices."

"Water was leaking underneath our sink, so after a bit of researching online we found Erickson's and decided to call them. They weren't able to get out to our place for a few days, but we were able to get by until then. On the day they were scheduled to arrive they called and were about to show up earlier than expected. They were very friendly and professional and got the job done quickly once they got here. The price was reasonable as well. We would recommend them and will call them again for future issues."

"We had Erickson come out for a simple leak behind our toilet and also to have the handle/flush mechanism replaced. When I called the schedule an appointment, the person who took the call took my information and scheduled a time. No other information was exchanged at that time. David, the plumber, called the morning of (it was during the storm/power outage) to tell me their computer system was down and he might have to run and get parts. David was at our house less than one hour and performed the work in a satisfactory manner. When we got our bill, we were charged for two hours of labor. My husband called Erickson only to be told he'd have to talk to the plumber about the issue (since when do plumbers handle billing issues?). They finally spoke today and David explained that Erickson bills "shop to shop" time. I had never heard of this, nor was it ever explained to us by anyone we spoke to from Erickson. So, we're getting charged AN EXTRA HOUR for their plumbers to go get parts at a local hardware store and the drive to our place. I have never in my life heard of such a thing. So, we paid $95 for a plumber to drive to K&K to get parts and then drive our house. Unbelievable. Will not recommend this business to anyone."
