"female pharmacist is the rudest most condescending person i have ever encountered. she acts like you’re stupid while asking questions. interrupts. i feel bad for other staff which is great. she also likes to play dr and decide what she will and won’t fill. STAY AWAY! i’ve changed pharmacies from this location twice because she lost all my scripts in the system the last time."

"I gave 1 star because they had my medicine at their location. The prescription had to be transferred from another Walgreens location so I called on a Thursday at approx 3:00 to do that. The pharmacy person was very curt and made me feel like I was bothering her. She told me it would be ready the next day or later that night. I had explained that I was going out of town in about 3 hours and needed the medicine if that would be ok. Her reply was “we are very short staffed, you will receive a text you when it’s done”. And hung up. It’s now Saturday at 1:30 and still no text that my prescription is ready. So I called at about 1:40 and was told it was ready on Thursday at 9:30pm. I told the person I never received a text, she didn’t sound too concerned. Then I asked if she could tell me the name of the person I spoke with on Thursday and her reply was “we had a lot of staff here so I couldn’t tell you”. Hmmmm, I was told they were short staffed… that’s what she told me on Thursday! Rude, rude, rude."

"Pulled up for a prescription that I got a text saying was ready. At 750 I was told 10 minutes. 25 minutes later she's asking me if I'm waiting for a prescription. Its now 815. I said yes I've been waiting for 20 minutes. She said no you haven't. Completely unprofessional"

"The rx manager (Rachel) was helping out in the pharmacy and was so rude. We had a question for the pharmacist and she refused to transfer me to her even after letting her know we would wait. She had such a tone and attitude, she should not be working in customer service. I had never encounter such a situation with the staff in the pharmacy, the pharmacy staff is great and always helpful. It is ashamed how entitled and rude she was especially with being a manager that’ is supposed to be an example and a leader."

"Waited in line for an exceptionally long time. The guys behind the counters were doing what they could... So many customers with issues! A manager came over and pulled the two customers in line BEHIND me, to the cosmetics register so she could ring them up. What the heck? I had been standing there for 10 minutes and they had just walked up!! I am visiting the area for work... I know which Walgreens not to come back to next time I'm in town!"
