"I went to Kohl’s today to do an Amazon return which went fine. received a 15% off coupon and purchases grab some baby clothes for my son went to the register and I was told they do not accept the 15% off coupons that I was just given at the Amazon return counter. Janice, which was at the counter, tried proving to me as to why that coupons not valid, which she couldn’t hold over a supervisor and the supervisor was very rude and disrespectful and told me to leave after asking why they’re not gonna accept the coupon."

"Yesterday I had a wonderful experience shopping at my neighborhood Kohl's. I was pleasantly surprised to find items on sale @ 40% off. I then found a couple of nice tops for my mom for Christmas, priced right as well. The bonus was when I checked out and the clerk added an additional 20% discount. Plus, I walked out with a cash back bonus coupon! I look forward to returning next week to apply the bonus to my next purchase.
