"Fantastic watch and jewelry shop! Employees are very knowledgeable and great to work with. I have a mid-80's Seiko watch from my father who passed several years ago - so it carries a lot of sentimental value. The watch got moisture in it and stopped working. Even after being dried out, the 'day of the week' dial was not working due to a broken gear. Other shops refused to work on it due to being "too old", John agreed to take it in and got the watch back to 100% working order - also fixed the band and replaced both stems which had collected rust. Gave detailed explanations throughout every step of the repair process, which was much appreciated. Highly recommend this shop! Will definitely be taking any other watch or jewelry here for repairs or regular maintenance."
