"Had someone come out to fix our furnace. 2 days later stopped working again, same guy came back out for about 10 minute to do who knows what on the furnace. Worked again for 2 days and went out. Came back again and saw some wires got disconnected. Finally working. Shouldn’t have had to come out so many times and maybe needs a little closer attention to detail. But at least we have heat."

"Had our water heater replaced, they were quick with the install and removal of the old one. The installer (cant remember his name) noticed our exhaust for the water heater had been disconnected prior to his arrival. This obviously could have been a major issue for my family and I had it gone unnoticed. He reattached it and let me know about it, which seems simple at the time, but it very well could have saved us. I appreciate it!"

"Watson is the plumbing company assigned by Lowe's. They were able to assign high priority to my service when my water heater leaked and I got a new one. They called me a few minutes after I was in Lowe's to schedule the service the following day in the morning. They sent the technician (Jared Schreder), who was on time, was very professional and did a great job in less than 45 minutes. I waited 2 weeks before posting this review because I wanted to make sure there were no leaks. Water heater is working great. I highly recommend Watson Plumbing & Mechanical, Inc in Quad Cities!"
