"I chose this location, even drove out of route to get here, on the advice of a fellow driver friend of mine who has had work done here in the past. Rolled in at 10:15 with an APU issue, was put into the bay immediately after dropping my trailer. Problem turned out to be a broken belt and it was replaced quickly. When checking operation afterwards, tech noticed the alternator was failing so I had him replace it, and got a new belt on that side as well. I was kept informed of what was happening at all times. I was out the door before 1300. Everyone I interacted with in the building were nice, in decent spirits, and seemed to be willing to answer any questions I had."
