It was a very nice experience which is saying a lot since I accidentally broke my screen. It was covered under Apple Care and they were able to pull up and quote me from that pricing. "I’m so grateful for Miss Marla she just made my day. I’m a Master Chef and a couple weeks ago my grandson was home while I was working. No one knows what happened but my iPad was dropped and when I returned home I couldn’t turn it back on. My son was taken away at 23 years old and all of his pictures last text messages where locked on my device. Today this Angel called me and walked me through how to reset my iPad and create a new access button. Marla walked me through the steps over the phone I’m so happy and extremely thankful for her kindness. She’s so amazing and she deserves 10 million stars for being a superstar. I didn’t have a warranty anymore but she helped me fix it anyway. this is definitely the best place in the world please support her I didn’t even get charged for her assistance. "I was able to get an appointment the same day my phone started having issues. Their website had clear instructions with what they needed me to do prior to my appointment (they are still following Covid-19 protocols as of 5/22) and when called to confirm my appointment she was patient, thorough, and clear.
