"This office discriminates against people on housing Janis or Jana whichever her name is is very rude and short when she realizes what she feels is wasting her time. Every single place they have also won't take dogs and I explained I have a ESD and she smarted off to me rudely saying "Well then you KNOW I can't deny it" but why would you? People with disabilities or that are low income are people too and disabled people are a protected class. They say they take housing but have refused them at all levels for years. That initself is not the insult as much as her acting like she's better them. I would rather be low income and a kind and caring human being than be like that to others."

"We rented out our home here in Cleburne while on the east coast for my husbands job. We hired Texas Real Estate to provide rental management while we were not here. It was horrible. The worst customer service. They belittled any concern that I had. They allowed the tenants to destroy many things both inside and outside of my home and then I was charged for repairs. When I questioned it they would say "its a product defect". When the closet system is literally pulled from the walls, holes are punched through the ceiling, the pipes for the sprinkler system are sawed in two, the walls are gouged through to the sheetrock, and the whole place is left smelling like animal urine... I find it very difficult to "chalk that up to product defects". We had to spend thousands of dollars in repairs, carpet cleaning and paint to make the house livable again while having their "management team" challenge me and threaten me with being sued for wanting to take those costs out of the tenants deposit. I was under the impression a rental management company was supposed to do just that... help manage the property, they failed in every aspect. Definitely would not recommend them to anyone."

"Very rude and belittling. Sherri took over a property during the middle of our contract that I have lived at for years and came in my house to do an inspection before our actual contract with her began. She immediately said that because we use gas as a heating source that our house was unsafe and inhabitable. She also told me that my children had too many toys. When we told her how much we paid for rent she acted disgusted by it which made us feel very belittled because this is a home that my family grew from 3 to 4. My youngest was born here. She gave us 3 weeks to move out. Keep in mind she wasn’t even our property manager yet. 3 weeks is not a realistic amount of time to pack a home you have lived in for 4 years plus knowing the storm was coming a few days after. She also didn’t offer us to move into one of the homes she had because our family size of 4 was too large for a 2 bedroom. I then told her she had multiple 3 bedrooms and she flat out said she wasn’t going to rent to us. She did not give me or my husband a second to talk. Every time my husband tried to talk she over talked him and at one point told me “god he just doesn’t shut up, does he?” During the 3 weeks the snow storm came and we were put at a complete halt when it came to applying for another home. She came back again a week before she was taking over and said she would give us an extra month to find a place to move and then called the next day to retract her statement and wanted us out in 4 days. Sherri threatened to call the cops on my husband because of how he spoke to her and said he would be arrested because she rents to the police. She acts as if she owns the entire city. We were bullied to move out to say the very least."

"Very poor management. Any time something went wrong we would literally have to wait days for a response, always blaming it on the owner, whether that was true or not. Sherrie, I assume was the so called property manager would never take action or Initiative to resolve anything. I would not recommend renting or leasing anything from this company. Selfish and inconsiderate management to be completely honest. They want money money money and give nothing. Go with DOW property management, mind blown when compared to the other. Professionalism is key!"

"The team of agents were amazing! Anytime I had a problem at my property I called them and they would be on top of it. They always stayed in communication with me when the owner was coming or when working on a maintenance ticket. By far the best place I have ever dealt with. I will be definitely be coming back to see them when ready to buy a house. 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ recommendation"
