"Amazon came out and worked on my Hotspring hot tub after waiting for them for over a month to show up! The technician said that my leak was coming from the seal on the pump.He replaced the pump $$$$ filled the tub back up and it still leaks and AMAZON IS A NO SHOW"

"Excellent Customer Service is alive and well!! At least coming from Backyard Hot Tubs it is. I had the most amazing experience when I was at a loss at what to do to clear up our pool for public use. Not only did Tim and Yani recommend the perfect products but they came by, AFTER HOURS, and showed me how to administer the products correctly. Thats not all folks!! When I went in the next day to work to finish vacuuming the pool as instructed, I was informed that Tim (ON A SUNDAY MORNING) had already came by and done it for me! Considering the cost and space we had available, we didn’t want to make a hasty decision, so made numerous trips to the store with questions about positioning, maintenance cost and availability of parts.
