"Super friendly person working the desk. Help with setup and how to operate everything if needing to adjust. Highly recommend this place if you don’t have the resources at home. Instead of $200+tip on grooming my large dog, I spent about 30-40$ and left a tip. Will be coming back."

"Amazing customer service. I completely forgot the girls name who was working tonight but she was so patient with me as a first time Husky owner and offered so many tips and helpful things! Aerith is a new adoption from FTW animal control and did AMAZING thanks to the very clean, safe, and controlled environment of this self wash. Plus Baby and Blue the Macaws were adorable! 10/10 will be returning and checking out the daycare!!!"

"I've recently relocated to Fort Worth with my black lab. He sheds like crazy. And he's managed to become pretty dirty over the past few weeks. I decided I had enough and looked for a place to bathe him. A Google search yielded two self-service dog washes near me. I called the first one and got no answer. So I called Metro. A young woman answered immediately and cheerily answered my questions. I loaded up my dog and off we went. She entered my info quickly into the computer & then weighed my dog. I paid and she assigned us a tub. Next to us was a very unhappy dog. There was a lot of barking & growling. I asked if we could use a different tub, as my dog was already shaking. He hates baths. She let us move, even though the furthest tub was usually reserved for staff baths. She explained how everything worked, and where the supplies were. She helped get my dog in the tub and loved on him while I put the apron on and got ready. She checked on us throughout the bath to make sure we didn't need anything. I was able to bathe & dry him without breaking my back. The whole experience was great, and we'll be back. It's worth every penny to wash him in an elevated tub, and not have to clean out my bathroom at home."

"I absolutely love this place! I had to book 3 weeks out this time because they are/ were down to one groomer, but it was well worth the wait because they always do such a great job on my Mini Golden Doodle (Penny)!!! They are always so kind to me and my pup, and also very complacent and communicative. (i.e. During the grooming, the groomer found a lot of matting in my dogs paws, so they called me and asked me if it would be okay to cut the paws shorter to rid the matting before just doing it, because they also knew that typically I like to keep her paws fluffy and rounded). Anyways, great place, great people, great service! I will always continue to use them as my groomer unless something drastically were to change.
