"My Sallys nails had grown out so long that I was unable to maintain them anymore and keep them short. I found Rita ,thank God. She was so kind and caring and gentle with my baby. Sally was so calm. I will never go anyplace else. Excellent job and it was done in just a few minutes . I'm very very happy and blessed to have found her. Sincerely Donna"
"Great job on my schnauzer. Charlie hates to have his feet touched so he’s a challenge! She’s very loving and gentle with my Charlie, I highly recommend!"
"We’ve been there several times with our 4 fur babies and the friendly staff is wonderful and they’re very reasonable with great work!!!! Thank you k9 pizzazz!!"
"Ask for Rita but all the groomers are nice. They LOVE the animals, do a great job grooming and are so easy to work with. Highly recommend them for all your grooming needs."
"I have actually never written an online review before however I have never been this upset/disappointed with a company where I felt the need to. I have been taking my child/dog to a groomer in Dallas for the last 8 consecutive years however, recently I moved to Fort Worth and begrudgingly decided to try a local groomer. I called the closest groom to me and set the appointment. The lady when I dropped off my dog was very kind however I was given a time expectation of 12:30. 2:00 I called and was told my dog was ready so I quickly drove up to the location where I was greeted with a "bit less professionalism". Then I received my dog only to be told "someone turned on the vacuum while I was doing his ears and I took a "small" piece of his ear, but don't worry we put stuff on it. Ears bleed more since it's thin" ..... let that sink in. To say the least I was charged the same that I would have been if I took him to a professional groomer that in the last 8 years has never cut a "small" piece of my dogs ear. This incident took place yesterday so I could collect my thoughts enough to write this on a clear head. Overall this my have been a fluke but I'm pretty sure that anyone that respects dogs in the first place would never turn a vacuum on when someone else is working on a dog. Best of luck to the company but they may want to rethink a few things."
