Alec had it fixed super fast! works and acts like the day i bought it again. he is SUPER polite, professional and over all is a really great guy. im happy i chose him to repair my phone. espically after calling the two places i found in macomb. idoc wouldnt even answere my calls if i used my phone number (out of state) and when they answered for a local number they basically told me to throw away my phone. loopfix seemed nice on the phone but really hesitant........... over all i wont ever go anywhere else but alec. happy i found him!!!!"
