"Horrible service. Called on June 1st about air not working. They actually came at 7pm that night and I was thankful and impressed HOWEVER that quickly changed. The tech stated that the board had a code that he did not know and he would have to talk to his supervisor and he would get back with us on Friday morning. No call Friday (however I called the office and spoke to the lady both at noon and 4 pm and was assured that they would get ahold of me before closing). No contact all weekend from them, no contact on Monday so I called around noon and spoke to the office lady AGAIN. She stated she would check into it for me. At 2:15 pm I receive a call from the tech who states that they are not able to work on the air unit, evidently they are not equipped to do it (they have worked on it in the past). I asked why someone could not call us and tell this prior to me calling this much and the only answer I got is oh we get busy. Asked to speak to the owner and was told he could call me. I have yet to get a call back from him. Horrible service and horrible communication."

"Bob Jern made shopping for a new AC and Furnace very easy. He came to our house with every choice and explained each one. He has gone the extra mile to make sure we got our rebates too! We now have a consistently cool house and our electric bills have decreased significantly! Bonus, the guys that installed the new units were very careful when they removed our old unit and didn’t make a mess. They were very polite. Great experience all around."

"Our central air unit quit working so I called around 7ish on Saturday night. They weren’t sure if the tech could get to us that night but would be at my home on Sunday morning. Bright and early on Sunday morning the tech showed up and it took 15 minutes to fix! This is the second time we have used Jerns and will continue to do so! Thank you to the young woman who took her time to call the tech to find out for sure if he could make it then calling me back with the info! Thank you to the tech who came out on an early Sunday morning to get cool air back to our home!!! Definitely recommend Jerns!!!"

"Our furnace quit working sometime yesterday and we didn't know it until late in the evening. I called the Jerns office this morning about 8:36. The lady was very nice and told me someone should be able to get to my house this morning. At 8:43 a technician called and said he could head to my house right then. By 9:14 the repair was complete and the price was very reasonable. I'm very pleased with my experience."

"We had our furnace installed by them and that experience was fantastic! However, this year our furnace was leaking and we called them due to the warranty we purchased on the unit and we were told that “leaking isn’t covered under the lifetime warranty”. Fine, whatever, still had them come out cause we obviously can’t have the furnace just leak. Took a week for them to come out the first time, they spent 10 minutes here and left. Wasn’t fixed. Called again, no one ever came from that call. Called a third time, couple days later someone showed up blew some air through a hose and said that was the problem. The hose they installed 4 years before was too small and that was making it leak. They were here 5 minutes. Guess what?! Still leaking, I called a fourth time and explained I was very unhappy with the service I have gotten from them and I was basically blown off and told they will get to me when they can. I would not recommend them to anyone. The office lady was rude every time we called and we were made to feel like an inconvenience."
