"I came into the store today to buy the first purse that I've ever owned that was not bought at Walmart or Amazon. AJ made it such a wonderful experience. She balanced things very well between letting me know that she was there to help and giving me room to browse and think about what I wanted. Had a lovely conversation about Star Wars when I was checking out and she let me know of an upcoming collab between Fossil and the Star Wars universe. Would definitely recommend that anyone in the area who was looking for a good purchase from a helpful (but not pushy) salesperson come visit AJ and the rest of the Fossil crew."

"First time coming inside this store after walking by hundred of times. Wanted to find a wallet for the new year and Jennifer was extremely helpful. Great interaction with her small talk and wallets, she knows her stuff! Very happy with my purchase and for the price, it's great. Interesting material, I don't think it's RFID applicable but Vegan Cactus sounds awesome."

"I feel disappointed with my experience at Fossil, first time I went and I was trying to get a Smartwatch Gen 4 and Gina started helping me out, once she saw I was gonna come back with my wife (cause I told her) she lost interest on everything and started ignoring me, I’m a sales person and I don’t ignore people just cause they are not gonna buy. So by the end I bought a new wallet and boom I left, next thing I come back in the afternoon to exchange the wallet for something better and I’m greet her and tell her: hey! You remember me? And I’m a very rude tone she said: I see a lot of people everyday, I don’t remember. My wife ask her a question which she ignore or she wasn’t paying attention. Also to add the metal case she gave me was damaged and scratched. I left sad and disappointed with the customer service experience. I’m not buying an Smartwatch anytime soon."
