"Got my gold bracelet repaired here. They did a great job and I got it back faster than they quoted. It was a relatively minor repair and my bracelet is pretty small. The repair cost was $56. The bracelet is worth like $200 to $300 so the repair cost was a little unreasonable IMO. Nevertheless I’m satisfied. They did not repaid the bracelet properly. The joint that connects to the clasp ended up twisting and now it’s damaged. I know this is a problem they caused because my wife has the same bracelet and the part that connects to the clasp is firm/doesn’t twist. I’m going back to ask them to repair it again and /or get a refund. The repair looked good but they did not ensure the bracelet function was reliable/in the same working order as when I dropped it off. Expected more from a professional jeweler."
